These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of the
products marketed by AutoRacing. All product purchase contracts
concluded through the shop.autoracing.it website and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller
and the Customer, will be governed by these General Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contract stipulated between Autoracing and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Autoracing which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The prices published by Autoracing must be understood as inclusive of VAT calculated according to current legislation.
The sale of the products is subject to the actual availability of the products themselves and to the acceptance of the purchase order by the seller.
The prices of the products published from time to time by Autoracing cancel and replace the previous ones without the need for explicit and specific clarification.
The products are not supplied on trial, Autoracing provides all information on the characteristics of the products, the Customer is solely responsible for the choice of the products ordered. The images of the products are indicative and not binding with respect to the actual characteristics of the goods ordered.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, Autoracing undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment refers to the amount of the price of the products purchased and the cost of shipping costs, if any.

DELIVERY METHODS
The shipment takes place via the DHL express courier within 24/48 hours after the closing of the purchase.
Shipping costs are € 50 throughout Italy up to € 200 of expenditure, free if the expenditure exceeds € 200.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the purchased products have not been used or opened by the Customer himself.
Full refund of the product is foreseen in case of damage or loss.
AutoRacing may not be required to pay an economic refund, but the Customer can take advantage of a voucher to be spent within one month of the same amount spent in the online shop.
AutoRacing also provides for the possibility of changing size, the purchased product must be returned at its own expense in the same condition it was received.
